Frequently Asked Questions

Three things: a username, a password and a server URL. Those are Xtream Codes credentials, and they work in almost any IPTV player. If your app needs a plain M3U link or a portal URL instead, ask support and they will issue that format. You do not receive an app from us — players like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and IBO Player are free or low-cost third-party software.

Usually minutes rather than hours. Activation runs through WhatsApp with a real person rather than an automated dashboard, which means it is fast during working hours and still answered outside them, since support runs 24/7. If you are subscribing specifically to watch a fixture at a set time, message ahead rather than fifteen minutes before kickoff.

Plans start at $10.99 per month for one connection. Longer terms reduce the effective rate — twelve months is $59.99, which works out near $5 a month. Multi-connection plans scale to five simultaneous streams, and VIP bundles cover larger households. Every plan includes 8K, 4K, FHD and HD at the same price; we do not charge extra for resolution. See full pricing.

A connection is one simultaneous stream, not one device. You can install the service on your television, your phone and a tablet using the same credentials — you simply cannot play more than your purchased number at the same time. A single person needs one connection. A couple who occasionally watch different things needs two. Most households buy more than they need.

Cards, PayPal, bank transfer, MoneyGram and cryptocurrency. Cards and PayPal carry chargeback rights, which matters — any provider that accepts only irreversible methods has quietly removed your recourse. We offer crypto because some customers prefer it, not as the only option.

Yes. Every paid plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you do not need to justify the request beyond telling us what went wrong. Because we are UK-based, you may also have a 14-day statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exists independently of our guarantee. Full detail on the refund policy page.

No. Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period you choose and simply expire at the end of it. Nothing recurs, and no card details are stored for future billing. We may message you before expiry to offer renewal, but the decision is always yours to make actively.

Amazon Firestick, Android TV and Google TV, Nvidia Shield, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Roku is the one awkward case — it blocks IPTV player apps, so it only works through screen mirroring, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

On Android TV or Firestick, TiviMate has the best programme guide, while IPTV Smarters Pro is the simplest to set up. On Samsung and LG televisions, Smart STB or IBO Player, since those platforms block sideloading. On Apple TV, IPTV Smarters Player or iPlayTV. All are third-party apps and none are ours.

No, and no. IPTV player apps are made by independent developers. Most are free; a few, such as TiviMate Premium or IBO Player, charge a small one-off fee that goes to the app developer, not to us. Anyone charging you for IPTV Smarters is selling something they do not own.

More than 57,000 live channels and over 225,000 movies and series. That figure counts every feed across every region, including many you will never watch. Nobody watches 57,000 channels, and treating the number as the main reason to choose a provider is a mistake. What matters is whether the twenty channels you care about work reliably — check those specifically on our channel list before you subscribe, and every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee if something is missing.

No, and any provider claiming otherwise is overselling. Broadcast resolution is set by the broadcaster, not by us. Genuine 8K feeds exist mainly in nature documentaries and select cinema content. We deliver 8K where it genuinely exists, 4K wherever broadcasters transmit it, and label everything else honestly — which is why you will see HD badges on our channel list. Our 4K versus 8K guide covers whether you can even see the difference.

Yes, on every plan, with roughly seven days of forward listings mapped to your local timezone and catch-up where broadcasters provide it. There is no premium EPG tier. If your guide is blank or showing the wrong times, our EPG setup guide fixes it in about two minutes.

Often, yes. If a channel is available on a feed we can legitimately carry, our team will look at adding it. Message support with the exact channel name and country and they will confirm availability, usually the same day.

Roughly 15 Mbps sustains HD, 30 Mbps handles 4K reliably, and 50+ Mbps is needed for genuine 8K. These are sustained speeds during evening peak, not the headline figure on your contract — congestion routinely halves real throughput on shared connections. Run a speed test at the hour you actually watch, not at midday.

Three causes cover most cases. Software decoding instead of hardware decoding — switch your player to EXO Player and enable hardware decoding. Wi-Fi on the congested 2.4 GHz band rather than 5 GHz, or better still ethernet. And on a Firestick specifically, thermal throttling: a stick pressed against a hot television overheats and slows itself down, which is why buffering often starts twenty minutes in rather than immediately.

It depends on your circumstances rather than on the service, and any provider giving a confident universal answer is overreaching. Some users want a VPN for general privacy. Some ISPs shape high-bandwidth video traffic that a VPN can route around. Against that, a VPN adds a routing hop that reduces throughput — if your connection is marginal it may cost more than it gains. Test both ways after activating and keep whichever performs better.

Every digital stream is delayed. Video has to be encoded, split into segments, distributed and then buffered before you see it, which typically puts IPTV fifteen to thirty seconds behind. Cable and satellite are delayed too, just less. Reducing your player buffer closes the gap at the cost of resilience — and mute score notifications, because no buffer setting protects you from a push alert. More in our live sports guide.

IPTV as a technology is entirely legal — it is television delivered over the internet, and major broadcasters use it themselves. What determines legality in any specific case is whether the content is properly licensed for the territory it is distributed into, and what the law says where you live. Our full position is set out on Is IPTV Legal?

A blackout is a licensing condition imposed by a league or broadcaster, not a technical limitation. The UK Saturday 3pm rule and US regional baseball restrictions are the best-known examples. No IPTV service circumvents them, and any provider promising guaranteed access to blacked-out fixtures is making a claim it cannot honour.

WhatsApp, 24 hours a day, on +44 7832 398072. It is the same channel used for activation, billing and technical help. Sending a screenshot usually resolves things faster than describing the problem — nine times in ten the cause is visible in the image.
