This agreement is between you and STRONG IPTV, trading as Strong8K IPTV, of United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that entity.

A subscription provides access to our streaming service for the period purchased, at the number of simultaneous connections purchased. Access is delivered as account credentials for use in a compatible third-party player application.

We do not supply player applications, hardware, or an internet connection. Those are yours to provide, and their performance is outside our control.

Your plan limits simultaneous streams, not installations. You may configure the service on as many of your own devices as you wish, provided no more than your purchased number are playing at the same time.

Credentials are for your household's use. Sharing them publicly, reselling access, or distributing them beyond your household is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension without refund.

We aim for continuous availability and provision capacity ahead of scheduled high-demand events. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and no provider honestly can.

Interruptions may arise from:

• Scheduled maintenance, which we minimise and time to avoid major events.
• Faults or schedule changes originating with a broadcaster.
• Your internet connection, home network, router or device.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Channel lineups change over time as broadcast sources change. We do not guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the whole of your subscription period. If a channel is the sole reason for your subscription, confirm its availability during the free trial before purchasing.

Channel availability is subject to the arrangements under which content is supplied to us, and to broadcaster restrictions including territorial blackouts. Blackouts are imposed by rights holders and are not something we control or undertake to circumvent.

Our position on licensing is set out on Is Strong8K IPTV Legal?. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with the law where you live.

You agree not to:

• Resell, sub-licence or commercially redistribute access.
• Share credentials outside your household or publish them.
• Record, rebroadcast or publicly perform content received through the service.
• Attempt to circumvent connection limits or access systems you are not authorised to.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach of this section without refund.

Free trials run for 2 hours and provide the same access as a paid subscription. No payment details are required. Trials are limited to one per household, and we may decline repeat requests.

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the period selected. Prices are those displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Access ends when the paid period expires unless you choose to renew. We may contact you before expiry to offer renewal.

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms and sets out the 7-day money-back guarantee and how to claim it. Statutory cancellation rights, where they apply to you, are in addition to that policy and are not affected by it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription period in which the issue arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed broadcasts.

You may stop using the service at any time; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment is reversed after service has been provided, or if we cease operating the service — in which case we will refund the unused portion of a paid subscription.

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active subscribers. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of protections available under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
